[ndnSIM] Python Bindings

Hi,

we are aware of the issue. We are currently working on transitioning to GTK+3, which should resolve this issue.

The python bindings are needed if you want to use the visualizer. If you can go without the visualizer, you should be fine. Also, the dependencies should be available on older ubuntu versions.
