[ndnSIM] Python Bindings

Python bindings could be installed I believe using these:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/bionic/+source/gnome-python-desktop

I think pygoo isn't available on Ubuntu 18.04 as the package you mention.

Try installing gir1.2-goocanvas-2.0
