[ndnSIM] Setting Link loss

Hello All,

In regular NS-3 (TCP/IP, UDP), we can easily set lossy links by some
RateErrorModel. How can I do similar for ndnSIM? Currently
LinkControlHelper can only perform UpLink and FailLink.

Also, is it possible to set link loss rate in wireless interface? If
possible, how can I achieve that?
