[ndnSIM] Problem in installing ndnSIM 2.1 / 2.2

Carl,

The log you sent said that cryptopp.hpp couldn't be found. My suspicion is
still that it's installed somewhere that ndnSIM is having trouble finding.

Did you reinstall CryptoPP in user/local or try using the flags Spyros
mentioned?

Thanks

When you configure ndnSIM, we just check whether the cryptopp library
exists on your systems and can be linked against ndnSIM. Therefore, I am
not sure that the issue is the cryptopp version here.

Probably you can take a look at the log file and see what the error is.

I tried specifying the location, but it did not solve the problem and the
same error is still there. I suspect the problem is with the version..

Which version of cryptopp was ndnSIM-2.1 using ? . Currently, my the
version installed on my machine is libcrypto++-dev
5.6.1-6+deb8u3build0.14.04.1. And on your official webpage you are always
asking people to install -dev version.

Thanks,
C
