[ndnSIM] Please help: OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Hi Team!

Could you guys tell me why I am having this problem:
I followed this link when installing my ndnSIM https://github.com/named-data-ndnSIM/scenario-template
now when I try to run examples  from this page http://ndnsim.net/2.3/examples.html I get the below error:
