[ndnSIM] About node delay

Hi Ertigrul

Processing time at a node's forwarder is always zero. See
https://github.com/named-data-ndnSIM/ndnSIM/issues/75 .
It is possible, however, to add a delay in a producer application: you can
let the producer send back the Data packet throught a scheduled event.
