[ndnSIM] Forwarder's onContentStore[Hit/Miss]

Greetings ndnSIM folks,

I have a question regarding the onContentStoreHit and onContentStoreMiss.
I just want to verify clearly:  this method is called whenever an interest
is received at a node, and that node has the content related to the
Interest in its content store, correct?
