[ndnSIM] Scenario/template based example compile failing.

Hello Spyridon,

Thaks fot the suggestion. I am afraid this does not scale.

The error coming from the file:
/usr/local/include/ns3-dev/ns3/ndnSIM/NFD/daemon/mgmt/nfd-manager-base.hpp:29:33:
fatal error: core/manager-base.hpp: No such file or directory
 #include "core/manager-base.hpp"

This file itself is installed when ndnSIM is installed. Potentially there
is no way to change this file to update the header path you suggested.

Is this a real issue in first place? Can I request you to try in your setup?
