[ndnSIM] Scenario/template based example compile failing.

Hi Spyridon,

Can you suggest what is missing here? I see that, after 'sudo ./waf
install', all headers are installed under "/usr/local/include/ns3-dev/ns3",
but not sure if we have to explicitly configure this in wscript file before
compiling the scenario files.
