[ndnSIM] Creating a new Interest packet at Forwarding Strategy

I'm creating a forwarding strategy for VNDN and I need to modify the
Interest prefix to add the ID of the chosen forwarder. I created a copy of
the incoming Interest and then I'm getting the errors.
