[ndnSIM] Callback cacheHit/Miss from NFD

It's a wonderful community, and a great simulator, but it's always growing
and changing and being enhanced, so it helps to have all these great people
to ask questions of, such as Spyridon, Alex, Lixia, Junxiao, and several
others.
