[ndnSIM] ccn routing to cache contents

Hello，If I want to send notification messages to another adjacent nodes , because the interest packet just know the contents of the publisher ,however blind to the copy contents in a network. 
1.Should I create or modify the packet format and change into a notification packet?(this special packet contains all the contents' name in a node within a period)2.the notification packets flood other nodes with the customized hops，How can I do it？
