[ndnSIM] how could i rin "content-store-impl.cpp"file

What exactly you're trying to accomplish?  Whenever you're using "old-style" content store (http://ndnsim.net/2.3/helpers.html#content-store <http://ndnsim.net/2.3/helpers.html#content-store>), you're (indirectly) using parts of code in this file.
