[ndnSIM] No package 'libndn-cxx' found (when porting NLSR)

cryptoppis actuaaly installed in /usr/local/lib
i even did
echo /usr/local/lib | sudo tee /etc/ld.so.conf.d/ndn-cxx.conf
AND
sudo ldconfig
Before configuring.
