[ndnSIM] how can i tag for Interest and Data package

Hi, I am working on an application where I want to tag each interest sent by the consumer with a node'score so that when Data return, the node on the path  will be able to know whether or not cache the data. so is there a way to put a socre(double) tag inside an interest and Data package?
