[ndnSIM] NackTypes

Currently, ndnSIM defines following NackTypes:*

0: NORMAL_INTEREST
10: NACK_LOOP
11: NACK_CONGESTION
12: NACK_GIVEUP_PIT*

*
What does mean NACK_GIVEUP_PIT, how it is working in existing ndnSIM 1.0 code?*

*Another question, how t conf. Interest NACK in order to be enable.*

*Any help?
