[ndnSIM] How to stop data broadcasting????

Hi,
This is the problem which I need to implement. But I am facing some problem in code. plz check this .
(when the interest packet reaches the source, then the source starts to broadcast the data packet. With every broadcast, the broadcast value reduces by one. Eventually the broadcast value comes down to 0 and the broadcasting stops.)
How can I implement this issue in ns3(C++)?. I  need to show the broadcast value is 0.
