[ndnSIM] ndnSIM and 5G networks

Hi Renato

ns-3.27 only has 4G LTE. It doesn't have 5G.
I heard that Professor Wu Jun at Tongji University is or has been working
on using NDN on 5G. He probably has a ns-3 module for 5G.
