[ndnSIM] How to use IP based Caida ITDK datasets in ndnSIM

Hi,

ndnSIM does not explicitly support trace-based simulation as of now.

There might be NS3-specific hacks or ways to make that work, however, I do not have any experience with that.

ndnSIM supports topology parsing from a txt file. For further information, please take a look here:
