[ndnSIM] ndnSIM and 802.15.4 wireless interface

Try changing true to false in model/ndn-net-device-transport.cpp  line 59.  Not sure what else to suggest if it doesn't work.  You may need to debug how lr-wpan operates regarding ns3::LrWpanNetDevice::Send and ns3::Node::RegisterProtocolHandler method
