[ndnSIM] How to get Node Information from forwardin strategy

Hi,

you could potentially modify the strategy-choice-helper to pass this info to the forwarding strategy. Another way would be to leverage the ScheduleWithContext method of NS-3 (https://www.nsnam.org/doxygen/classns3_1_1_simulator.html#a5ba9b2de598375791433f1bb9ba9ca83 <https://www.nsnam.org/doxygen/classns3_1_1_simulator.html#a5ba9b2de598375791433f1bb9ba9ca83>) to schedule an event that will be passing this info to some NFD component.
