[ndnSIM] Content Store documentation

All,

I sent Spyros another correction for  http://ndnsim.net/2.1/helpers.html and
forgot to Reply All.  Sorry about that.

Also, is it true that NFD still uses a skip list as its underlying data
structure?  I could be wrong but I thought I read something about a change
in that somewhere.  I have to go digging to find out where it was, but I
thought I did.
