[ndnSIM] Compilng error during the usage of "name.toUri()"

Try checking if name is nullptr:

ns3::ndn::Name name = entry-> GetPrefix();

if(name != nullptr)
  name.toUri();
else
  cout<<"ooops!"<<endl;
