[ndnSIM] Cache sizes in different Cache Replacement Algorithms

Hello,
For Cache Sizes and Cache Replacement Algorithmst, try the ICARUS cache
simulator.
It was designed by the UCL Team. It has wide coverage, flexible concepts,
nice result reading and varying parameters.
