[ndnSIM] receiving data from multi paths

Hi,

this will be handled by the forwarding strategy running on each node. For example, the forwarding strategy can forward an Interest through multiple faces or through a single different face based on some certain circumstances (e.g., link failures, RTT, bandwidth utilization, etc.).
