[ndnSIM] Help

Hi Sravya,

Which version of ndnSIM you're using?  The example code for the latest ndnSIM doesn't have this include nor this tracer exists (its function superseded by L3RateTracer).  The old version of ndnSIM also didn't have this include, it was including <ns3/ndnSIM/utils/tracers/ndn-l3-aggregate-tracer.h>.
