[ndnSIM] NDNSIM graph generation

The built-in tracers produce a simple txt files that list measurements as described in http://ndnsim.net/2.3/metric.html <http://ndnsim.net/2.3/metric.html>. You can also add your own measurements in your own format.  How to visualize the data is really up to you and you can use any tool, including R, python, Excel, etc.
