[ndnSIM] problem in code

Hello Zalakben,

This error means examples are not build.
Two possible solutions:
     1 - run ./waf configure --enables-examples
     2 - copy the file examples/ndn-simple-with-content-freshness.cc** 
into ns-3/scratch
