[ndnSIM] stop producer from forwarding interests

Hi Asif,

Sorry. I didn't understand what you mean by forwarding interest. Producer application answers interests with *data* packets an can be stopped using StopApplication(). But I guess what you mean was different.

Dear All,
How can I stop a producer from forwarding an interest requesting the
content owned by itself? As, I found that producer do not stop interests
while I was using some ideas with multicast strategy.
