[ndnSIM] Error building ns-3 (ndn)

Hello,

I had the same error. It is happening because the folders ndn-cxx and NFD
are empty.

Here is what i did:

Istead of

git clone https://github.com/named-data/ndnSIM.git ns-3/src/ndnSIM

Do it

git clone --recursive https://github.com/named-data/ndnSIM.git ns-3/src/ndnSIM

It worked for me.
