[ndnSIM] CryptoPP

I'm unfamiliar with ndnSIM, but I've seen the same message elsewhere when
configuring ndn-cxx.
This message is most likely caused by a linker error when wscript tries to
link a simple program with Crypto++.

You may find the full linker command line and error message in
build/config.log, and try to figure out from there.
