[ndnSIM] Introduce delay

Hello everyone,

I am looking on how I can calculate the cost that a PIT lookup would 
introduce.

I have found a solution where a Schedule Event may be used for it but I 
want this to be called in e.g. my OnInterest or OnData function. 
However, I haven't found a way that I can force the function to "wait" 
until the execution of this event occurs.

I found that additional modules are necessary so as to implement 
something like this. Could someone please advice me on how to proceed?
