[ndnSIM] scenario template in ndnSim 2.0

Hi,

 

not sure if it is on purpose, but if I do

git clone https://github.com/cawka/ns-3-dev-ndnSIM.git ns-3
<https://github.com/cawka/ns-3-dev-ndnSIM.git%20ns-3> 

I still get the version without the changes for the ndnSIM 2.0 scenario
template.

I had to manually switch to the ndnSIM-v2 branch, else I would get the error
message that the header file "common.hpp" could not be found.
