[ndnSIM] how can I get received data time?

Hello.

I declared two variables in forwarder.hpp

forwarder.hpp
207 private:
208   time::steady_clock::TimePoint IStime;      // Sent Interest time

209   time::steady_clock::TimePoint DRtime;     // Received Data time.

how can I get those values in best-route-strategy.cpp?
I hope someone can give an example.
