[ndnSIM] Looking for manuaaly FACE up/down from application

Here is update from me,

I used that function to link down, however, I noticed that, rather just
down the link, its been shutting down source node. For instance,

void ns3::ndn::LinkControlHelper::FailLink(Ptr< Node > node1,Ptr< Node >
node2 )

In above function case, node1, whole node is down not just the link.

Any idea/thought about it?
