[ndnSIM] Using openssl with ndnSIM

Hi Cesar,

Yes. There is no longer openssl branch or the need for such branch.  In the new version, you can make full use of CryptoPP library.  Also, many of the security-related tasks can be done using ndn-cxx library directly, which also uses cryptopp library internally.
