[ndnSIM] How to configuring Eclipse for DEBUG and INFO logs?

Hello Anil,
to be honest neither Alex nor me have any knowledge about this specific question. I believe that the ns3 mailing list would be a more appropriate list for your question as the link that you provided refers to NS-3, not ndnSIM itself.
