[ndnSIM] fatal error: weights-path-stretch-tag.h: No such file or directory!!!

Hello everyone,

I am currently using ndnSIM 1.0, and I've been trying to qualify my
algorithm by a metric like path stretch factor, but while including the
hearer "weights-path-stretch-tag.h", I get the {fatal error:
weights-path-stretch-tag.h: No such file or directory}!
When I searched, I understood that this header file is in a folder named:
tracers-broken! Is there any problem with this folder named "Broken" or my
problem is somewhere else?
