If instructions here http://ndnsim.net/getting-started.html  do not give you any success (did you install py27-pygraphviz py27-goocanvas?)

You can follow general installation instructions for NS-3 simulator
http://www.nsnam.org/wiki/PyViz

There is a missing library dependency.
