[ndnSIM] Help for Black hole

Hi Alfonso,
These simulation scenarios have been developed for the earlier version of ndnSIM.
I am afraid that you need to fetch from github an older revision of ndnSIM, which dates back to February-March 2012 (approx).
Just take a look at git revision history and fetch it by ID
