[ndnSIM] Reference topology file

Hi Alex and All,

I'm planning to do some simulations on several well-known network
topologies.
Are there already the topology files of Abilene, Tiger2, Geant, etc, that
are compatible with ndnSIM format?
If you know the accesses to them, please let me know.
Otherwise, I may spend some time gathering the necessary data, building the
topology files, and then share them to you if you want.
