[ndnSIM] How does the pit limit be initialized with per-pit-limit forwarding strategy

 Hi all,
     I have a question about per-pit-limt forwarding strategy.How does  the pit limit be initialized.
     I've looked into the ndn-stack-helper.cc and I found the face limit was initialized in method StackHelper::PointToPointNetDeviceCallback. But I have no ideal about how does pit limit be initailized.
