[ndnSIM] New routing protocol

[chavoosh ghasemi]

Well, your tricky idea is totally nice and applicable! Although for exact
measurement it is not good enough, since we shift routing functionality
from from network layer to application layer.
Anyway thanks a lot for your applicable idea.
