[ndnSIM] New routing protocol

Thanks dear Wassim for your help, but I am considering about control plane
rather than data plane, although data plane is too important in further
phases. Lets simplify my question, assume you want implement OSPF (or any
other routing protocol) in ndnSIM, now describe the procedure and tell the
steps you need to do abstractly if you can (*As I want the procedure,
please do not mention to "OSPFN" paper)*.
