Hi!
"Packets" column is estimated "rate" of the packets, calculated using the exponential weighted moving average algorithm (alpha coefficient is hardcoded to be 0.8). "PacketRaw" column represent the absolute (raw) number of packets that were observed within last averaging period.
Depending on what you're evaluating, you may want to look at estimated rate or directly at packet counts.
