[ndnSIM] car2car

Hi Alex,

I download the 'ndnSIM-nom-rapid-car2car'. There an error when I run the command  './waf --run=car-relay'.
It displays ' build/car-relay: error while loading shared libraries: libns3-dev-network-optimized.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory'.
Could you tell me how to solve the problem?
