[ndnSIM] Problem Stopping Producer

Hi Amine,

Thanks for noticing the problem!  Apparently, there was a small bug in FibImpl::RemoveFromAll, which did incomplete removal of FIB entry when producer application ceases to exist.  I have pushed an update that fixes the problem.
