[ndnSIM] Example ndn-simple-with-pcap (#24)

Hi fqueiroz,

I totally forgot about this example and was not testing it for a long time.

SignatureBits are "temporarily" been unimplemented, so the simple fix to the problem is just to remove the line that sets the parameter.
I will push the fix shortly.
