[ndnSIM] Print Queue Length

Dear Alex,

By following the question of Print Queue Length from Amin Karamil(
http://www.lists.cs.ucla.edu/pipermail/ndnsim/2013-December/000995.html), I
tried by setting the ConsumerCbr to 1000 per second while bottleneck
capacity is only 1 Mbps and queue size to 300 pkts.
I print out GetNPackets () for every 0.01 sec but I didn't see any output
from it.I mean it is always zero. I asked same question to Amin and he
replied as same situation and advised me for requesting you.
