[ndnSIM] How to make the Content Store Size to 0

If by 0 you mean to completely disable it, then I would recommend (for now) to create a new content store with trivial implementation of ndn::ContentStore pure virtual functions.

Setting 0 for existing implementations, as you probably already figured out, make content store unlimited.
